Avascular Zone in the Macula in Cicatricial Retinopathy of Prematurity

Avascular zones in the maculas of 49 eyes of 33 patients aged 5 to 15 years with cicatricial retinopathy of prematurity were examined by fluorescein angiography. Twenty-three eyes of 18 subjects under 15 years of age who had been born at full term served as controls.
