Culture material and culture process for culturing pleurotus eryngii by utilizing corn cob residues

2014
The invention discloses a culture material for culturing pleurotus eryngii by utilizing corn cob residues. The culture material disclosed by the invention is prepared by mixing the following materials according to percentage by mass: 20-30% of corn cob residues, 10-20% of cottonseed hulls, 10-40% of sawdust, 20-30% of corn cobs, 3-8% of bean pulp, 5-10% of corn flour, and 1-2% of light calcium carbonate. According to the invention, nutrition is easier for edible mushrooms to absorb; pleurotus eryngii is cultured by utilizing the corn cob residues, therefore, waste is turned into wealth; resource cyclic utilization is realized; the production cost can also be reduced; furthermore, infectious microbe is difficultly to grow by culturing through the corn cob residues; simultaneously, the mixture ratio in the formula is scientific; and the high-quality fast growth of pleurotus eryngii is easily carried out.
