A laminated radiation type parallel-serial flexible driver comprises a laminated parallel-serial flexible amplifying mechanism and a stack piezoelectric ceramic piece. The laminated parallel-serial flexible amplifying mechanism converts radial input displacement into axial output displacement, after a plurality of radiation type parallel-serial flexible amplifying mechanism single pieces are stacked up and down and are flush, the laminated parallel-serial flexible amplifying mechanism is formed by structure binding assembling at a center axis, the laminated parallel-serial flexible amplifying mechanism comprises a supporting frame, a deforming displacement input part, a flexible hinge transmission branch chain and a deforming displacement output part which are connected with each other in sequence, and the deforming displacement output part is placed at the center axis and generates axial deforming displacement output. The stack piezoelectric ceramic piece is fixedly clamped at the hollow-out portion between the deforming displacement input part and the supporting frame through a clamping part of the supporting frame, after electrifying, radial deforming displacement input is generated for the laminated parallel-serial flexible amplifying mechanism, and through transmission of the flexible hinge transmission branch chain, axial displacement is output at the deforming displacement output part. The laminated radiation type parallel-serial flexible driver is small in size, light in weight, high in accuracy, large in bearing force and stable in dynamic-static performance, noise is avoided, and the laminated radiation type parallel-serial flexible driver is suitable for driving elements of micro electro mechanical systems such as a miniature thin film micropump.
