Features of spatial and vertical distribution, size and age compositions, males and females proportions, and feeding habits of roughscale sole Clidoderma asperrimum within the lower shelf and upper continental slope of the Pacific waters off the southeastern Kamchatka and north Kuril Islands (47/spl deg/50' to 52/spl deg/N, depth range 100 to 850 m) are considered on the base of data obtained during 1992-2000.
