The utility model is applicable to the laser measuring technology field, provides a non-contact optical device for measuring a gap and an offset, and aims to solve the problem that how to automatically detect the gap and the offset of a product LOGO. The measuring device comprises an equipment cabinet, an industrial control system, an X/Z axis motion assembly and Y axis feeding assemblies, and also comprises positioning clamp assemblies used for fixedly installing a product to be measured on the Y axis feeding assemblies, and a CCD imaging assembly used for capturing the contour of the product to the measured and identifying an LOGO position, and a laser measuring assembly used for measuring the gap and the offset of the LOGO, which are installed on the X/Z axis motion assembly; and the control system is used for receiving the LOGO position information provided by the CCD imaging assembly. The CCD imaging assembly and the laser measuring assembly are cooperatively used for the measuring device to automatically measure the gap value and the offset value of the LOGO of the product to be measured, and detection efficiency and precision are improved.
