Multi-Aperture Speckle Interferometry for Deformation Measurement

We present a technique where in both in-plane and out-of-plane displacement components of the deformation vector can be sensed simulataneously with comparable sensitivjties and the information retrieved later. Detailed theoretical and experimenlal results are presented.
