The invention discloses a tunneling and drilling integrated machine which comprises a tunneling machine (1) and two drilling machines (2), wherein each drilling machine (2) comprises a drilling machine part (22) and a mounting frame (21); the two drilling machines (2) are respectively connected on two track frames (11) on two sides of the tunneling machine (1) through the mounting frames (21); and in each drilling machine (2), the drilling machine part (22) is rotatably connected with the mounting frame (21) in a horizontal plane and the drilling machine part (22) can rotate around the front end of the mounting frame (21) in a vertical plane of the length direction is located. Therefore, the drilling machine parts can rotate up and down and swing left and right relative to the mounting frames; the angle and the height of drilling can be adjusted through the relative motion of the drilling machine parts and the mounting frames during the drilling operation, the drilling machines are mounted on the track frames of the tunneling machine and the drilling operation of the drilling machines can be realized without the help of a cutting arm of the tunneling machine; and the drilling machine parts can be rotated and retracted backwards during the tunneling operation and the occupied space can be further reduced.
