Method and apparatus for machining conductor roll foaming rubber layer

The invention relates to a molding method of a foaming rubber layer of a conductor roll and a device; the molding method includes the following steps: a conductor roll mandrel is arranged between an upper forming die and a lower forming die, then a thermosetting polyurethane composite and a vulcanizing agent are injected into a die cavity which is formed by the upper and lower forming dies, thus leading the conductor roll mandrel to be completely covered, then an upper heating die and a lower heating are used for heating the upper and lower forming dies to ensure that the temperature of the thermosetting polyurethane composite is higher than the critical temperature thereof, thus solidifying the thermosetting polyurethane composite which can form foam to form the foaming rubber layer; the molding method is characterized in that: the upper and lower forming dies are wrapped by the upper and lower heating dies, after wrapping, the surfaces of the upper and lower heating dies which are adjacent to the upper and lower forming dies are concave arc surfaces, and the ratio of the minimum gap to the maximum gap between the arc surface and the upper and lower forming dies is 0.5-0.9. In the invention, the upper and lower heating dies with the arc surfaces are used for conducting heat, the heat received by the middle of the die is linear lower than the heat received by two ends of the die, therefore, heat absorption and heat dissipation along the length direction of the die are even and consistent.
