Maintenance Innovation and Destructive Innovation:Local Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Selection Strategy Based on Life Cycle of Enterprises

Based on the corporate life cycle theory in combination with the features of local small and medium-sized enterprises in various developing stages,this paper carries out a comprehensive analysis upon enterprises' technological innovation,market innovation and business model innovation from the perspective of maintenance innovation and disruptive innovation.Then,constructive suggestions are put forward for local small and medium-sized enterprises selection strategy.
