Professors’ training at the University of Maimónides, Argentina

This article presents the distinguishing features in the teaching staff training proposal at the Universidad Maimonides de Argentina. The proposal aims at professionals of various disciplines and tries to foster the commitment towards educational development as well as hierarchize the training of those who work (or wish to do so) within the scope of university and non university higher institutes. Additionally, it attempts to strengthen the professors’ capacity to produce innovative educational projects and their commitment to the social function they assume.
