The invention relates to a paper wrinkle molding method which can solve the problem that the tightness of paper is high and the water-absorbing performance of the paper is poor due to wrinkles of the paper caused by a wrinkling cutter. Pulp emitted by a pulp flowing box forms a wet paper sheet having the dryness of 8-12% on a net portion of a long circular net structure; the wet paper sheet is sucked on a lower surface of the fabric net when the wet paper sheet on a forming net travels to a wet paper sheet transferring vacuum box, the linear velocity of the fabric is 85-95% of that of the forming net, and in this time, the paper sheet structure is a wet paper sheet having an even thickness, thereby facilitating molding; when the wet paper sheet on the fabric net passes through a molding vacuum box, the wet paper sheet is vacuum-pumped by the wet paper sheet molding vacuum box and till the dryness of the wet paper sheet is 20-30%, the paper sheet structure becomes a fabric surface structure, the fabric net is equal to a die and forms patterns of a fabric surface on the paper sheet through vacuum-pumping, the paper sheet with the fabric enters to a drying tank to be dried, and the dried paper sheet has three-dimensional patterns. The bulk of the finished paper is high, and the water-absorbing performance of the finished paper is excellent.
