Study on Methods for Compartmentalizing Population Age of Rana plancyi

The population age of 315 Rana plancyi specimens was experimentally carried out by three methods i.e.,mathematical statistics on body length,the clitellum of the vertebra,and the cross-section of the decalcified spine. After the advantages and disadvantages of 3 different methods and the population structure of the Rana plancyi being analysed,some significant opinions are raised in the paper.
