The influence of nursing intervention on sleep quality,bad mood and compliance behavior of elderly patients with hypertension

Objective:To study the influence of nursing intervention on sleep quality,bad mood and compliance of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:163 cases of elderly hypertension with sleep disorders and bad mood were randomly divided into control group(n=82)and observation group(n=81).The control group were taken care with routine nursing mode,and the observation group were taken care with targeted nursing intervention measures based on the routine nursing mode.Results:The effects of antihypertensive therapy the patients in the observation group were higher than those in control group.The observation group intervention of health knowledge and behavior of medical compliance were significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:Targeted nursing intervention could obviously eliminated the elderly hypertensive patients with anxiety and depression of bad mood,improved sleep quality,improved the knowledge of health and medication compliance.
