Genetic Studies of Apolipoprotein A-IV by Two-Dimensional Electrophoresis

Abstract Polymorphism of apolipoprotein apoA-IV can be demonstrated by isoelectric focusing or by two-dimensional electrophoresis. ApoA-IV has a codominant autosomal inheritance. A variant apoA-IV is described. ApoA-IV is linked to apoA-I on chromosome 11 in man.
