STRUCTURAL STRENGTH OF NO.9 SHENLI DRILLING PLATFORM

No 9 Shenli Drilling Platform is introduced.The selection basis for environmental loads,including wind,wave and current forces,is given.A finite element model for analyzing the structural strength of the platform is set up.The calculation is based on 2 conditions,namely,normal operation and self existence under a storm.Finally,the result is given and discussed.
