Compare relation of the 6 - minute walking test, left ejection fraction and NYHA classes in congestive heart failure

Objective To evaluate the relation 6 -minute walking test(6-MWT), ejection fraction (EF) and NYHA classes in Congestive heart failure(CHF) ,and the relation of walking distance and living -time.Methods Choosed 150 of class Ⅱ and 181 of class Ⅲ of the NYHA on the patients with CHF measured the EF ,6-MWT、SaO2 and eonsumod oxygen.Results Average walking distance respectively (396±60)m and(267±60)min class Ⅱ and class Ⅲ of NYHA,(P 300 m in 6-MWT(P 0.05).
