An Analysis of Innovative Talents Training of Arts Education Under the Development of Creative Economy in the Guangxi Province

Guangxi arts education and the cultivation of innovative talents are far behind the speed of China’s economic growth. Hence, there are a long way to go to accelerate Guangxi arts education and the rapid development of innovative talents. This article aims to make the countermeasures of cultivating art creative talents to promote economic transformation in Guangxi.
