The objective of research is to carry out a comparative assessment of efficiency of different types of surgical intraoperative tactics at treatment of patients with diffuse peritonitis at stages of delivery of health care. Materials and methods. 298 patients were imposed the controlled laparostoma at primary surgical intervention in connection with development of widespread peritonitis. Results and discussion. Among patients of the 1 st subgroup (n = 330) where the laparostoma on the firststa ge of treatment wasn’t applied, lethality made 31,2 ± 4,6% (103 dead), in the 2 nd group (n = 298) where laparostoma was imposed at once 20,85 ± 5,20% (62 dead). Conclusions. Laparostoma in treatment of widespread peritonitis is an effective surgical intervention.
