Plan Regional sobre Drogas de Cantabria: gestión y evolución en estos 15 años Regional Plan about drugs of Cantabria: process and evolution of the last fifteen years

Objetive: the objetive is to give a focus of the evolution of approach of drugs adiction in Cantabria and show the new focus of the interven- tion from a criticism, analityc perspective. Material and method: for reach it, can do a his- tory review of the social intervention process into the last fifteen years and a study of the main metho- dology aspects wich were created into the present intervention. Results: we can observate like the changes in the intervention are consecuences of the own interven- tion of the society and its related to the drugs into different sociopolitics context. If we analyses it, we can know the modifications and the identification of the process which obtain a relevant character. Conclusions: its necessary an analysis of the con- text where can inscribe the prevention and atention of the problems related to the drugs, so how politi- cian social conditions which determine the lines of actuation. From its origins have developed many strategies and alternatives which include from the abstinence which determine the models of inter- vention to the present politicans of intervention point to the borm reduction related to the uses of drugs, for attending to the inequiality and to make better the quality of life of the persons which have problems with their consumption.
