Studies of GaPO/sub 4/ crystals and resonators

The crystalline perfection of GaPO/sub 4/ samples grown in different conditions have been studied using the X-ray topographic technique and the synchrotron radiation delivered at LURE (Orsay, France). The results concerning the quality and the piezoelectric features of the obtained samples are given.
