The utility model discloses a two-core environmental-friendly shield cable for a communication power supply, comprising two semi-circular copper conductors prepared by intertwist and die compressing of 7 to 19 copper strand wires. Each copper strand wire is formed by the intertwist of several single copper wires; an environmental-friendly flame retardation polyvinyl chloride layer is coated between the two semi-circular copper conductors and on the external surfaces of the two semi-circular copper conductors; the diameter of a single copper wire in the copper strand wires is from 0.35 to 0.45 mm; a shield layer formed by braiding of several bare copper wires is coated on the external surface of the environmental-friendly flame retardation polyvinyl chloride layer; and a protective layer is coated on the external surface of the shield layer. According to the environmental-friendly shield cable provided in the utility model, the external electromagnetic interference resistant performance and the roundness are good, the thermal diffusivity is enhanced, the cost is low, and technology realization is simple.
