The electric oil pump device

2011
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric oil pump device in which oil sucked from an inlet is circulated through a plurality of oil paths including an oil path introduced to an inlet port via the inside of an electric motor, and that can cool the electric motor with certainty.SOLUTION: Oil sucked from an inlet 32 into a pump housing 13 flows to an inlet port 34 through a rotor internal oil path 36. The rotor internal oil path 36 is connected from an oil pump 2 side outer peripheral side of a rotor 6 of a brushless motor 3 to an inner peripheral side, and connects the inner peripheral side of the rotor 6 in a radial direction of a common rotation axis 7. A projection part 40 restricting oil flow toward the rotor internal oil path 36 is formed at the whole circumference at a position opposed to an outer peripheral side end surface of the rotor 6 of the pump housing 13, and branched oil flows to the inlet port 34 through a rotor external oil path 37. The rotor external oil path 37 is provided to a gap between an outer peripheral surface of the rotor 6 and an inner peripheral surface of a stator 5 in an axis line direction of the common rotation axis 7.
