The invention belongs to the technical field of oil field fracturing, and particularly relates to an old well slot temporary blockage refracturing tubular column capable of achieving large-displacement construction. The old well slot temporary blockage refracturing tubular column comprises an oil tube, a hydraulic anchor and a packer connected with the hydraulic anchor. The lower end of the packer is connected with a direct nozzle sliding sleeve throttler. The oil tube is a 31/2''oil tube. The oil tube is connected with the hydraulic anchor through an x-over. The invention further provides a fracturing technology. The fracturing technology comprises the following steps of (1) connecting the fracturing tubular column, (2) tripping in the fracturing tubular column, (3) temporarily blocking fracturing, (4) conducting large-displacement fracturing, (5) after construction is completed, controlling the open flow from the oil tube, conducting reverse circulation well washing, and finally converting into the blowdown period after repeated transformation is completed. The old well slot temporary blockage refracturing tubular column has the advantages that under the limitation of the size of a casing pipe, compared with a conventional 27/8'' fracturing oil tubular column, the 31/2'' oil tube and the direct nozzle sliding sleeve throttler are adopted, continuous operation of one row of tubular columns in small-displacement and large-displacement construction, the requirement for slot temporary blockage fracturing under small displacement is met, and the continuous large-displacement operation is also achieved.
