The invention discloses a processing and clamping method for a big-diameter cathode roll vehicle. A process reservation section is processed on a cathode roll shaft end and is cooperated with a terminal pad to realize the quick clamping and disassembling of the cathode roll shaft clamping process. Before the cathode roll is assembled and welded, an outer square with a taper is processed on a shaft end reversed process section when a cathode roll core shaft part is processed; the center of the terminal pad is provided with an inner square hole with the taper; the inner square hole of the terminal pad is cooperatively assembled and connected with the process reservation section of the cathode roll shaft end by a bolt; and after the cathode roll vehicle finishes processing, the terminal pad is ejected out by a disassembling bolt and is quickly disassembled. According to the processing and clamping method for the big-diameter cathode roll vehicle, which is disclosed by the invention, squares are cooperated to bear a large torque, and a tool is tightly cooperated after the cooperation with a conical surface so as to avoid the phenomena of loosening and shaking. After processing is finished, the terminal pad is quickly disassembled by the disassembling bolt. The mass production, the lathing and the quick clamping and disassembling of the cathode roll can be realized by the fact that a technical chuck is reserved on the terminal pad and the shaft end, the lathing stability and the processing quality of the cathode roll are guaranteed, and the processing efficiency is improved.
