Risk Analysis on Quality and Safety of Plastic Assembled Cabinets Based on Statistics of Injuries Inflicted by Hazardous Sources

In recent years, the quality and safety of cabinet products have been more and more widely concerned by society, of which plastic assembled cabinets are extremely popular with the tenants in big cities, the users of small-sized houses or the households with children due to the characteristics such as convenience and lower price. Based on the use cases from consumers, from the influencing factors of the safety to use the products and the personal health of consumers, the main risk sources of the products of the plastic assembled cabinet in daily life have been described and analyzed in particular in this paper, with a view to guiding manufacturers to improve the production process during design and production to avoid potential risks.
