The utility model relates to a swinging type AC axle linking cutter head. The inner part of a cutter head casing is provided with an A shaft servo motor, an A shaft primary stage gear pair, an A shaft zero clearance decelerator and an A shaft final stage gear pair, wherein a main shaft seat is connected with the output gear of the A shaft final stage gear pair. The A shaft servo motor is decelerated through two stage gear pairs and the decelerator in order to drive the main shaft seat and a main shaft component to swing in the cutter head casing, namely, A shaft motion. The inner part of a base seat is provided with a C shaft servo motor, a C shaft primary stage gear pair, a C shaft zero clearance decelerator and a C shaft final stage gear pair, wherein a cutter head seat is connected with the output gear of the C shaft final stage gear pair. The C shaft servo motor is decelerated through two stage gear pairs and the decelerator in order to drive the cutter head seat, the cutter head casing and members in the cutter head casing to rotate, namely, C shaft motion. Locking devices are arranged on the cutter head seat and the main shaft seat, and a damping device is arranged on the main shaft seat. The cutter head has the advantages of high transmission efficiency, zero clearance, little abrasion, good precision retentivity and high work reliability, and is ideally applied to a five-shaft linking machine tool. Relative to a complete machine, the utility model is an independent member and is convenient to assemble and maintain.
