Cotton-fiber dye used for supercritical carbon dioxide fluid dyeing and synthetic method thereof

2015
The invention provides a cotton-fiber dye used for supercritical carbon dioxide fluid dyeing and a synthetic method thereof. According to the invention, the cotton-fiber dye comprises s-triazine type active groups which can generate a bonding reaction with cotton fiber, so the dye is fixed on the cotton fiber, and the effect of dyeing is achieved. The cotton-fiber dye comprises a parent body dissoluble in a supercritical carbon dioxide fluid, thereby being used for supercritical carbon dioxide fluid dyeing of cotton. The sample of supercritical carbon dioxide fluid dyeing by adopting the cotton-fiber dye provided by the invention has high dry-and-wet rubbing fastness and high staining fastness in a washing test. In addition, the synthetic method for the cotton-fiber dye provided by the invention has simple processing process; thus, the cotton-fiber dye used for the supercritical carbon dioxide fluid dyeing and the synthetic method thereof provided by the invention have significantly broad application prospects.
