Fluorine ion split charging device

2014
The utility model relates to a fluorine ion split charging device. The fluorine ion split charging device comprises a collection device and a multi-way valve, wherein the collection device is provided with a body for storing fluorine ions, an input end for inputting the fluorine ions to the body, and an output end for outputting the fluorine ions in the body; the multi-way valve is provided with a valve body, wherein the valve body is provided with a fluorine ion receiving opening which is communicated with the output end of the collection device, an injection end which is communicated with a quantitative injection pump, and a plurality of fluorine ion split charging openings which are communicated with split charging bottles. The multi-way valve with a disconnection and distributing function is respectively communicated with the output end of the collection device, the quantitative injection pump and the split charging bottles, the fluorine ions can be quantitatively inputted through the cooperation of the multi-way valve and the quantitative injection pump, and the fluorine ions can be controlled to be respectively input into the different split charging bottles, so that compared with the fluorine ion split charging device in the prior art, the pipeline structure is simplified, the length of the split charging pipeline is shortened, residual liquid in the pipeline can be reduced, the split charging precision of equipment can be improved, and the relatively great convenience in control can be realized.
