2008
Objective:To investigate the value of local point pressure photographic technique in the diagnosis of breast lesions. Methods:Suspicious lesions in f breast conventional photography of 65 cases were studied by local pressure enlarging pathological examination after verification, inspection then a contriol study was done on the two methods.Results:X-ray photography and photography of the local pressure to enlarge the lesions showed positive rates were 84% and 95% respectively. In partial pressure of the lesions enlarged photographic sensitivity and specificity were better than that in conventional film photography. After partial pressure points images of breast tissue structure and increase the clarity of focus, particularly lesions showed better edge. Conclusion:Partial pressure enlarge photography in the diagnosis of breast disease is superior to conventional breast films, especially the region of dense shadow, small calcification, compact nature of the assessment of breast lesions have significant value.Application of mammography to a variety of methods, can improve the display of breast disease and the diagnostic accuracy rate.
