in the prevalence of esophageal dysplasia in patients with and without gluten-related disorders, the patients with Celiac Disease seem to develop dysplasia earlier (Long Rank p=0.01). Patients with gluten-related disorders may have a higher risk of accelerated development of dysplasia. Future studies are needed to confirm these findings in a larger group of patients.
