Efecto de la edad de semilla vegetativaen la propagación y desarrollo de Ananas comosus L. MERR, Variedad roja trujillana en POROTO, LA LIBERTAD

This research was conducted during July 2015 to April 2016; the main objective was to determine the effect of the age of vegetative propagation and seed development of Ananas comosus (L.) Merr, Trujillana red variety in Casa Blanca hamlet located in the Poroto district, province of Trujillo, department of La Libertad. We used a statistical design of randomized complete block, with 5 treatments and 4 replications was used. The factor studied was the age of the seed pineapple Trujillana red variety for which vegetative seed cone 5 different ages were collected: seed first campaign (T1), seed second campaign (T2), seed third campaign ( T3), fourth seed campaign (T4) and fifth seed campaign (T5). The parameters evaluated were the percentage of surviving at 30, 45 and 50 days after planting; also to determine the vegetative growth at the end of the experiment a quantitative assessment of the number of leaves, plant height, stem diameter and length of the blade "D" was held The results obtained indicate that all treatments (ages seed) have a high percentage of seizure; Also, the results indicated that the parameters that the vegetative growth of pineapple, such as number of leaves, plant height, stem diameter and length of the blade "D" was measured; They showed no significant differences between them.
