River-crossing prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge box girder 0# block support construction method

2013
The invention discloses a river-crossing prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge box girder 0# block support construction method. The method includes the following steps that firstly, two rows of concrete support foundations are casted on the left side of a pier stud in the long-edge direction of the pier stud on each set of bearing platform, and two rows of concrete support foundations are casted on the right side of the pier stud in the long-edge direction of the pier stud on each set of bearing platform; secondly, bottom steel plates are pre-buried on the top faces of the concrete support foundations respectively; thirdly, first support stand columns are welded to pre-buried bottom steel plates arranged on the same row of the inner side, and second support stand columns are welded to pre-buried bottom steel plates arranged on the same row of the outer side respectively; fourthly, each first support stand column is connected with a corresponding adjacent second support stand column through a fixing connection structure; fifthly, the first support stand columns are connected with the pier stud; sixthly, long through cross beams are welded to top steel plates, wherein the top steel plates are arranged at the top ends of the first and second support stand columns arranged on the same row; eighthly, every two cross beams located on the same side of the pier stud are connected through a plurality of distribution beams. Due to the adoption of the method, a 0# block support system is safe and stable.
