Configuración interna de las empresas que conforman el tejido empresarial colombiano: una perspectiva desde la competitividad

This communication derived from investigation “Impact of associativity in the Latino American enterprise” led by the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, in partnership Universidad Catolica de Cuenca of Ecuador, Veracruzana of Mexico and Cesar Vallejo of Peru. The objective is to describe how the business are part of the Colombian business tissue are configured. The project is classified on the research line Mipymes, innovation, development and competitiveness. The theoretical component is composed by hypothesis related to competitiveness entrepreneurial, focused in inmate’s factors environment and the resources and capacities theory. The methodology corresponds to correlational study with mixed focus which is developed in 5 stages: 1. Economics groups features. 2. First measurement of competitiveness. 3. Identification of willingness to associate. 4. Intervention to promote the partnership. 5. The second measurement of competitiveness. In the manuscript, an analysis is done in described the internal configuration of companies who compose the footwear sector, textile industry, agencies and transport on five cities in Colombia. It was used in the sample, the infinite population formula, level confidence was 95%, and error edge 5%, the sample was 384. As a result, it is present an analysis about the internal configuration of companies which compose the industries and they were divided in three variables: employ, innovation and marketing.
