Ionenselektive Durchflußsensoren mit licht‐ und sauerstoffunempfindlichen Festkontakten zur pflanzenphysiologischen On‐line‐Elektroanalytik transmembranöser Ionentransporte während der Photosynthese

Ion-Selective Flow-Through Sensors with Solid-State Contacts Insensitive to Light and Oxygen for Plant Physiological On-Line Electroanalysis of Transmembraneous Ionic Transports During Photosynthesis A bioelectrochemical multiple measurement system with ion-selective flow-through sensors for determination of pH, ionic activities and concentrations of transmembraneous ionic transports is described. Non-invasive electroanalysis during photosynthesis was realized by development of new solid-state contacts insensitive to light and oxygen. Continuous measurement of Ca2+, K+, Cl− and pH demonstrates the known intake of potassium ions by Vicia faba L. guard cells under the influence of light. Glucose intensifies the effect.
