Keratosis Lichenoides Chronica

1972
A patient had a 15-year history of a progressive, recalcitrant, papulosquamous eruption, and persistent hoarseness which seems to be unique. Histologically, the eruption shows parakeratosis, orthohyperkeratosis, atrophy of the malpighian layer, and a lichenoid histiocytic and lymphocytic dermal infiltrate. This cutaneous eruption appears to be previously unreported, and we propose the term "keratosis lichenoides chronica."
