Orale Behandlung der Scabies mit Ivermectin

Oral treatment of scabies with ivermectin, which is not yet registered for this indication, appears to be an effective, inexpensive treatment with negligible side effects.We present the current clinical experience in the treatment of scabies with ivermectin as well as the available pharmacological data. For endemic scabies or unreliable or immun-compromised patients, ivermectin offers an effective systemic treatment of scabies.
