Effects of monochromatic light on ocular hydrodynamics

2000
: Effects of green and red optic filters on ocular hydrodynamics was studied. The results indicate that monochromatic green light causes a decrease of the true intraocular pressure, improves intraocular fluid discharge, and decreases Becker's coefficient. Green filters (ZSP) can be used as an additional method for conservative treatment of glaucoma patients.
