Психологические проблемы больных туберкулезом и членов их семей

2016
The authors conducted a simple comparative study on the psychological status of spouses in 105 families, which are sources of TB infection. The comparison group had healthy spouses of 105 healthy families. We found out that the families of patients with tuberculosis parents have higher levels of neurosis and a low level of stress than in healthy families. In the socio-intact families from the centers of tuberculosis infection, parents give less time and attention to children compared to healthy social and intact families. The lack of normal psychological climate in families of patients with tuberculosis affects the children of these families and can become a factor of development of their disease.
