Abstract This study examined the effects of Horseradish leaves and seeds inclusive diets on angiotensin-I converting enzyme (ACE) and arginase activities and lipid [total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TGs), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)] metabolites in rats fed with high-cholesterol (HC) diet. Animals were divided into seven groups (n = 7) including normal control rats (NC) and untreated hypercholesterolemia rats (HC).
