ALBI‐based BCLC nomogram: a new or an additional prognostic tool?

: We have read with interest the study of Ho et al1 who propose an ALBI2 -based BCLC nomogram to better estimate survival of patients with HCC. We wanted to assess once again3, 4 the reproducibility and the predictive value of this new nomogram in a French cohort of HCC patients (n=1030) with other characteristics and treatments (liver transplantation excluded). Patients were retrospectively enrolled over a twelve years period in two centers (Marseille, Nice).
