Fiber laser welding and suppression of spatters

Welding with fiber lasers causes some welding defects due to generation of many spatters. In sight of the production technology, suppression of those is necessary for improving production efficiency and assuring their quality. We tried to suppress the spatters by using beam mode controlled technology and succeed with the stainless steel and the pure copper.
