Re-creating tobacco extract prepared paper making process

The present invention discloses a method for increasing yield of the papermaking raw extract concentrate and method of mobility and application methods, methods include: ① the tobacco material was added to water, heating; ② enzyme preparation was added water, kneading the mixture to obtain enzymatic , heat extraction; the pectinase enzyme preparation comprises, plant hydrolase and pectinase; wherein, pectinase, plant and amount of pulp hydrolase enzyme from 0.01% to 3% by mass of tobacco material, respectively; ③ to obtain an extract, and the extract was centrifuged, and concentrated to obtain a concentrate. By enzymatic pretreatment prior to extraction, using an enzyme preparation degrading organic macromolecular substance in tobacco, to improve the yield of the extract and tobacco material liquid concentrate fluidity, improve product quality. The obtained concentrate was used directly in the manufacture of cigarettes also without addition of any foreign substance, improve the taste of the cigarette.
