Rice bran extruder and extruding technique thereof

The invention relates to a rice bran extruder which comprises a frame, wherein a main motor, a front bearing base and a rear bearing base are successively fixed on the frame from front to back; a rotating shaft is rotatably connected between the front bearing base and the rear bearing base; a squeezing spiral assembly is arranged on the rotating shaft; a spindle of the main motor is in connected with the front end of the rotating shaft in a drivable manner; is sleeved on the rotating shaft and the squeezing spiral assembly are sleeved with a cylinder; an anti-blocking feeder is arranged on the top of the front side of the cylinder; a circular outlet is formed between the rear end of the cylinder and the squeezing spiral assembly; a front-and-back horizontal moving driving mechanism connected with the cylinder is arranged on the frame; an exhaust pipe located above the rear side of the outlet and a draining pipe located under the rear side of the outlet are arranged on the frame. The invention also discloses an extruding technique. After the raw materials are fed into the rice bran extruder through a conveying device, the raw materials are spirally extruded and expanded in an expansion chamber and are extruded into slices under high temperature and high shear force effect, so that the lipase in the raw materials is inactivated, the activity is reduced, the end product can be stored for longer time and the end product is beneficial to further processing and utilization.
