The article is devoted to the problems of drug product quality, efficacy and safety control, carried out by the officers of the Federal State Institution «Scientific Centre of Medical Device Expertise» of Roszdravnadzor through standardizing all types of expertise and harmonizing the regulatory base of drug handling control. Compilation and revision of general monographs and monographs related to preparation and publication of State Pharmacopoeia of the Russian Federation, 12th edition is considered as the most important section of the scientific research.
