THE EVOLUTION OF THE LEGITIMACY POLICY IN POLITICAL SYSTEM OF MODERN UKRAINIAN SOCIETY

The article reveals the complicated process of evolution legitimizing democratic politics as a phenomenon transaction between political power and society. It offers modern conceptual projection of the phenomenon of legitimizing power and effective scenarios legitimizing policies. In particular, the author substantiates the conclusion that the construction of a democratic political reality in modern Ukraine requires the use of effective tools of legitimation.
