Randomized Controlled Trial of Jiawei Buyang Huan Five Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

[Objective]observe flavored Buyanghuanwutang combined with western medicine treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.[Methods] Using randomized controlled method,100 inpatients and outpatients were randomly divided into two groups.Control group,50 cases of conventional Western medicine.Routine treatment group of 50 flavored Buyanghuanwutang(Baishao 18g,Danggui,Dilong each 10g,Huangqi 60g,Shanyao,Danshen 30g,Honghua,Guizhi,Shuizhi each 10g,Shudi,Shanyu each 15g,Chuanxiong 10g,Gegen 15g,Sanqifen 6g,etc.),add water blunt.In divided doses,1does / day,3 times / day,western medicine with the control group.Continuous treatment 14 day as a course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,blood rheology changes,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 1.5 treatments,to determine efficacy.[Results]treatment group,27 cases markedly effective in 18 cases,the total efficiency of 90.00%.Control group,14 cases markedly effective in 20 cases,the total efficiency of 68.00%.Treatment group than the control group(P 0.05).Hemorheology in the treatment group than the control group,the treatment group(P 0.05).[Conclusion] using flavored Buyanghuanwutang combined with western medicine treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy was worthy of promotion.
