Empirical Analysis of Educational Investment Efficiency——Shanghai City for Example

Based on the C2R model in DEA a model of the relative efficiency of investment in education of urban and rural is employed.Then the issue of the application,and in accordance with the relevant data of Shanghai is given a numerical example.Finally some suggestions are proposed.
