Automatic winding device of motor coils

The invention provides an automatic winding device of motor coils. The automatic winding device of the motor coils consist of an automatic coil winding structure, an automatic binding structure and an automatic forming structure, wherein the automatic coil winding structure includes a coil winding shell, a center shaft, a worm and gear mechanism, a rack and pinion mechanism, a coil winding soft disc and a winder, the worm and gear mechanism drives the center shaft to wind coils, and the rack and pinion mechanism drives the center shaft to move in an axial direction to release the coils; the automatic binding structure consists of two groups of binding assemblies, every group of binding assemblies includes a driven gear, a drive gear, a pallet, binding wires and a coil cutter, the driven gear drives the binding wires to rotate to bind the coils; and the automatic forming structure includes a pneumatic cylinder and a mould and subjects the coils to compression forming. The automatic winding device of the motor coils can automatically completes the process of winding, binding and forming of the coils of the stator of the motor, guarantees the stability of product quality, improves efficiency, greatly reduces the manual labour intensity, and achieves the automation of the automatic winding process of the coils of the stator of the motor.
