Unpredictable problems in applying social learning principles in a child care facility

1978
This article describes a few procedural pitfalls encountered over a span of several years in attempting to apply social learning principles at a child care facility. The pitfalls described concern: (a) selecting target behaviors, (b) observing, and (c) choosing appropriate treatment methods. Since it is anticipated that similar phenomena are commonly noted under like circumstances and conditions, an exposition may lead others to avoid such traps.
