The effect of Edaravone and Shuxuetong on the 30 cases with acute cerebral infarct

Objective:To explore the curative effect of Edaravone and Shuxuetong on the acute cerebral infarct.Methods:60 patients of acute cerebral infarct were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group, with the former placed on intravenous drips of Edaravone and Shuxuetong, the latter treated on intravenous drips of Fufang Dashen adding CDPC injection.With a course of 14 days, both groups were observed on clinical effect as well as the defect of nervous function before and after the treatment.Results:The treatment group had a higher general efficaciousness rate(90.0%) than that(66.7%) of control group(P0.05);before and after the treatment, both groups showed different rate of recovery on the defect of nervous function(P0.05), Treatment group after treatment compared with the control group was also statistically significant differences(P0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone and Shuxuetong are efficacious drugs in treating acute cerebral infarct but with little side effect.
